CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 45% cancellation fee for any no~shows or cancellations READ POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING To ensure the best experience, please take your time to read our booking policy before booking as our terms & conditions have been updated Braids & Loc Clients A non-refundable deposit which goes towards the total cost of service is required TO CONFIRM your appointment. Reschedules must be before 48 hours of your appointment, or you will need another deposit to book a new date. (Only one reschedule is permitted) Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if the client cancels or is a no-show. The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH preferably, however, Card payments are accepted taxes included. Reschedule must be done through your confirmation email. Please Be cautious about canceling an appointment when not needed, A no-call or no-show may be charged the full amount. Kanekalon braiding hair is included in all braid services (you may also bring your own hair with you at your cost) but must be “PRESTRETCHED. Hair must be clean and product-free which includes oil and leave-in conditioner (washed no more than two days prior) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out. (washing or detangling will attract extra charges). Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing. Your hair must be 3-4 inches in length all around the edges for all style Booking is allowed up to 40 days out from the current date. You may now proceed with your booking. Thank you for choosing us!
