READ POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING
To ensure the best experience, please take your time to read our booking policy before booking as our terms & conditions have been updated
~ Eyebrow Threading & Facial Threading Clientele~
1. Booking and Confirmation
* All eyebrow and facial threading appointments must be booked in advance via GLOSS GENIUS or by phone/text
* A non-refundable deposit of $7 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the total service fee
* Appointments can be scheduled for individual areas listed
2. Service and Payment
* The total cost of the service includes the threading labor, and any products used.
*The $7 deposit is applied toward the total service fee and will be deducted when you pay for your service.
*Payments are due in full at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment is CASH after the deposit has been made.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* 24 Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
* No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee, and the deposit will be forfeited.
* Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be shortened, or you may need to rechedule, and the full service fee will still apply.
* Deposit Use: The $7 deposit will be applied toward your service fee at the checkout. If the service is cancelled or missed, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Refunds & Disputes
*No Refunds : Once your threading service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. Any concerns should be addressed immediately during the service, and we'll make every effort to correct any issues on the spot.
*Disputes: If you have any concerns or wish to dispute the charge, please reach out within 7 days of the service. We will work with you to address any issues or misunderstandings.
5. Client Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. You also acknowledge the deposit requirements and cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
~ Braid & Loc Clients~
1. Booking & Confirmation
* All appointments must be booked via Gloss Genius or by phone/text message
*Once a appointment is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your spot
*If booking is made less than 48 before the appointment, 1/2 of the payment is required upfront.
2. Service & Payment
*The total cost of services includes labor and materials (such as hair purchased for braiding.etc) A full breakdown of costs will be provided before the service begins.
* Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
* Accepted payment methods - CASH
3. Cancellation Policy
*24 Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hrs notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted
* No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled service. The deposit will be forfeited
* Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full service fee will still apply. We can not guarantee the same service if your late
4. Refunds & Disputes
* Refunds will not be issued once the service has been performed. Please discuss any concerns immediately during the service, and we will do our best to address them at the time.
* If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us directly to resolve the issue within 10 days of the service date. We will work together to find a fair resolution.
5. Client Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. You also agree that you understand and accept our cancelation, refund and no shoe policies.
Location for braids & locs will be DISCLOSED IN CONFIRMATION EMAIL/TEXT - This address is NOT THE SAME FOR THREADING clientele
Reschedules must be before 48 hours of your appointment, or you will need another deposit to book a new date. (Only one reschedule is permitted)
Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if the client cancels or is a no-show.
Reschedule must be done through your confirmation email.
Please Be cautious about canceling an appointment when not needed, A no-call or no-show may be charged the full amount.
Kanekalon braiding hair is included in all braid services (you may also bring your own hair with you at your cost) but must be “PRESTRETCHED.
Hair must be clean and product-free which includes oil and leave-in conditioner (washed no more than two days prior) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out. (washing or detangling will attract extra charges).
Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing.
Your hair must be 3-4 inches in length all around the edges for all style
Booking is allowed up to 40 days out from the current date.
